2. Service Description

PaySignal BD provides an automated payment verification platform for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Our service requires you to install our Android APK on your device to sync SMS data to our dashboard. The accuracy of verification depends on the continuous operation of the helper app.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials and API keys.
• Ensuring the Android APK is correctly installed, has necessary permissions, and is excluded from battery optimization.
• Providing accurate mobile numbers for monitoring and verification.
• Compliance with all applicable laws of Bangladesh regarding digital financial transactions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing tiers with at least 30 days of notice via email or dashboard announcement.

5. Limitation of Liability

PaySignal BD is not liable for any financial losses caused by delays in SMS delivery from mobile network operators or third-party payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, etc.). The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or attempt to reverse-engineer our Android helper application.
